That means we are not affiliated to a single lender or insurance company, we have access to virtually all major lenders and insurance companies. We do receive commission from a provider so we can independently advice you of the best offer available.

After arranging your mortgage, we like to stay involved. We offer to file, free of charge, your first Tax Return, to reflect the recently completed mortgage agreement. Fidenz will be more than happy to answer any other finance related questions you may have after concluding your mortgage agreement with us.
